Kerry Stone was first approached by General Motors in 1986 to represent them with the Opel product range. Pontiac was added as an additional Franchise in 1988. In 1989 Kerry was asked to establish Karamu Holden. In 1990 Karamu Holden were one of the first dealers selected to distribute HSV performance vehicles. Napier branch opened in 1999, and in March 2004 a Used Car Division opened in Hastings. brKaramu Holden prides themselves on customer service and satisfaction.
